In a new step to enhance international cooperation in space exploration, Russian cosmonauts Sergey Ryzhikov and Alexey Zubritsky from the Russian space agency Roscosmos are embarking on a spacewalk outside the International Space Station. Mission Details

The mission is set to begin at 12:50 PM Eastern Time and is expected to last for 5.5 hours. The cosmonauts aim to carry out several tasks, including installing a particle package experiment on the Nauka multipurpose laboratory module, removing a mounting platform containing a commercial camera for disposal, and cleaning the windows of the Zvezda service module.

Inside the station, astronaut Oleg Platonov will operate the European robotic arm on the Russian segment of the station to support this mission. Challenges Facing NASA
